The Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is a powerful, all-in-one laser tracking system housed in a single flight case. Engineered for high-speed dynamic measurement, it delivers a complete solution for six degrees of freedom (6DoF) probing, scanning, automated inspection, and reflector-based measurement.

  • 6 DoF system with T-Scan 5 or T-Probe system

  • Measurement volume Ø160 metres

  • 1,000 Hz measurement allows dynamic data capture

  • Battery or mains power

  • Quick and easy to set up

  • Highly portable: weight less than 14kg

Leica AT901

features

PowerLock

Automatically re-establishes the laser beam within a ±5° field of view after line-of-sight interruption—no user action needed, ensuring seamless performance even in busy environments.

Battery Power

Hot-swappable, cable-free battery system provides full-day operation in any location, making the tracker highly portable and flexible.

1 kHz Data Output

Captures up to 1,000 measurements per second in real time for fast, detailed data acquisition.

Wi-Fi

Built-in Wi-Fi enables easy, wireless setup and operation, including remote control from laptops, tablets, or smartphones—ideal for single-user workflows.

IP54 Protection

A sealed, IEC-certified design protects against dust and contaminants, allowing reliable operation in tough industrial environments.

Real-Time Feature Pack

Optional upgrade enabling 7DoF data collection for live machine guidance and advanced dynamic applications.

MeteoStation

Monitors temperature, pressure, and humidity in real time to adjust for environmental changes and maintain high measurement accuracy.

Overview Camera (OVC)

A high-resolution color camera lets users remotely view the tracker’s field of vision, locate targets, and handle multiple reflectors in one image—perfect for hard-to-reach or static points.

Integrated Mini Variozoom

Delivers constant field of view and precise 6DoF data capture in any lighting, ideal for scanning, probing, and automated control tasks.

Orient to Gravity (OTG)

Aligns the Z-axis with gravity for accurate leveling and alignment, particularly useful in jig and fixture setup.

Absolute Interferometer (AIFM)

Combines the precision of absolute distance measurement with the speed of interferometry—delivering fast, accurate readings without requiring a reference point.
